Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the electronics in their original packaging including all accessories, manuals, and protective inserts to ensure the item arrives in resellable condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technical team inspects the equipment for functionality and completeness, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
